Usage Scenarios

In your journal batch select Process / Batch Links

Enter in the Link Address for the file:

Note

The format of the Link must be a valid url.

You can open the link by selecting OpenLink from the ribbon

Once you have posted your journal you will be able to review the link from the General Ledger Entries page by highlighting the entry and then selecting Entry / Batch Links from the ribbon.
